Below is the letter we received from Mr. Ford:
I am writing to compliment two of your employees.
First I want to thank and compliment Tim Reynolds. About the time that my roof repairs were being completed, I noticed my air conditioning was not working. Your company dispatched a service repairman named Jim to evaluated the system. Jim quickly concluded that the coil had a hole or a crack in it and that it would need to be replaced.
Tim Reynolds arrived the next morning and confirmed that Jim was correct. We signed a contract for a replacement system and Tim qualified us for financing through your lender, Synchrony Financial.
I don't know if it was Tim or Josh who suspected that the roofers had something to do with the lack of A/C. (I don't want to give credit to one over the other as that would deny one of them the credit for discovering the problem.)
By mid-day on July 1st, Josh arrived for the purpose of installing a temporary A/C unit. He proceeded to preform an inspection of the old system. He quickly concluded that the outside unit (I believe it's called the "compressor"; the inside unit being the "air handler") was sound and that the leak was elsewhere. He got up in the attic and took a picture of a nail coming through the new repair and into and puncturing a copper line. He then proceeded to fit a sleeve onto the puncture and to seal that section of the copper tubing.
Sometime during Josh's work, Tim returned and assisted Josh with the aforementioned repair. I have never seen anyone work so hard to avoid earning a commission on a new installation as Tim Reynolds did. Nor have I ever observed anyone working as hard as Josh did to fix a punctured line. Both men deserve considerably more than a pat on the back. They are a credit to Tri County.
